"Chop rate" is how many characters to chop out of how many characters.
"Chop" removes 1 out of n (so, chops out fewer). "¡doɥƆ" removes all but 1 characters out of n (so, chops out more). "Halve Fun" removes half the characters either way, but either the left or right one depending on "Chop" or "¡doɥƆ". Don't worry too much about figuring out, just try it!
Pro tip: you can add a space or other characters to change where the chop hits, thereby changing the output a lot!
